SLEET and snow are likely to hit parts of Sussex tonight and into tomorrow.
The Met Office has issued a yellow ‘be aware’ weather warning for south-east, east and central England.
Forecasters say there are likely to be icy stretches on untreated surfaces and up to 1-3cm of snow in some places.
They are warning the public of potential disruption to travel.
Showers are likely to continue over the southeast until the early hours of Friday.
