New speed limits are pointless
It is a total joke that speed limits are brought in that are unenforceable.
Responsible drivers slow down anyway around schools and hospitals and the simple warning which already existed is enough.
Irresponsible ones will certainly ignore all the expensive signs that have been erected and painted on the roads.
