Aquatic dinosaurs and ancient creatures have descended on Sea Life Brighton.

The popular aquarium has been transformed with the global debut of the interactive attraction Jurassic Seas, now open to visitors.

State-of-the-art technology tanks provide the opportunity to get up close and personal with prehistoric beasts.

Cutting edge motion sensors, allow visitors to feed the deadly plesiosaurus, test the patience of the beastly liopluradon and examine the lethal teeth of the mighty megalodon.

The installation will feature nine interactive activities with the digital aquatic dinosaurs, real-life Jurassic creatures including the nautilus and cuttlefish, themed activities such as Dino Twister and Design a Dino, and the opportunity to unearth real fossils from the Jurassic period.

Sea Life Brighton manager Max Leviston said: “We are thrilled to be the first aquarium in the world to host Jurassic Seas – and we are certain that visitors will share our enthusiasm as soon as they step foot in the installation!

“Jurassic Seas will give visitors the chance to explore the seas, from their history thousands of years ago through to today.

“With so much to see, hear, touch and do, there truly is something to entertain and excite visitors of all ages and interests – we look forward to welcoming visitors from far and wide to Jurassic Seas at Sea Life Brighton this February!”
