Can someone please explain why large Brighton and Hove planters – without plants – have been placed in Viaduct Road?
I mean they are actually placed in the road.
Will they be planted up with palm trees to make the entrance to our city more attractive with a tropical feel or is it a new game ‘swerve and bump’ to keep us all going at 20 miles an hour.
As there is no budget for planting displays I suppose it is a good way of recycling the containers.
Thinking about it, someone parks outside my house every morning which for some reason really irritates me. Could I apply for a planter to put in the road there to stop him?
