A PENSIONER’S purse was stolen as she walked past a supermarket.
The 70-year-old woman was walking near the Morrison supermarket in Queen’s Road, Hastings, on Tuesday. [10/2] Her purple purse containing bank cards and cash was stolen by two men as she walked alone between 4pm and 7pm. She was not injured.
Detective sergeant Tony Webb said: "The victim is unable to give us a description of the suspects. Please get in contact if you witnessed this incident or have any other information which could help us establish what happened. We would particularly like to speak to a kind member of the public who offered the victim assistance."
