A pregnant woman was treated for injuries after a hit-and-run collision with another car.
Police were called to Seaside Road, close to the junction with Cambridge Road, Eastbourne, at 9.42am on on Thursday.
An unknown silver car with a partial registration of KH05 and a silver Honda Civic were involved in the collision. However the silver car left the scene.
The driver of the Honda Civic, a 35-year-old woman who is six months pregnant, was treated by paramedics on the roadside for minor injuries.
PC Joanne Choi said: "Please contact us if you witnessed the collision or have any information which could help us identify the driver of the silver car."
