SEAGULLS fans flocked to meet the men they hope will keep the team in the Championship.
New manager Chris Hughton and his new assistant Colin Calderwood signed autographs at the American Express Community Stadium yesterday.
They were also joined by Leon Best and goalkeeper Christian Walton. Albion in the Community, the football club’s community wing, hosted wheelchair sport, skills and Futsal sessions, with activities kicking off at 2.30pm.
Hughton, the former Norwich City boss, took over at Albion at the start of the year after Sami Hyypiä resigned amid poor results. This evening the club’s chief executive, Paul Barber, and head of academy, John Morling, will answer questions from fans at the Holbrook Club in Horsham at 7.30pm.
The event is being hosted by North West Sussex Seagulls fans' group and is open to all Albion supporters. Email info@northwest sussexseagulls.co.uk.
