AN ICONIC seafront hotel is hitting the market with a price tag of £2,750,000.
The famous Chatsworth Hotel in Eastbourne is up for sale with its 46 en-suite bedrooms and conference facilities.
The current owner, Sheikh Abid Gulzar, who also owns three other hotels, is now focusing on a withdrawal from the business.
Will Thomas, senior associate at leisure property specialists Fleurets, said: “This is a well established business suitable for an experience hotelier.
“We can affirm business accounts show a turnover in excess of £1 million for the year ending March 2014.”
