Another day and another announcement about how services will be hit.
This time it is the fate of the buses.
Central Government cutbacks and possible cuts from funding from Brighton and Hove City Council could see four routes axed and others reduced.
Bosses at Brighton and Hove Buses have said some services will be improved with more regular services. They are in a difficult position as they rely on cash from the council to operate these services. Both parties have pledged to work together to ensure passengers are not badly hit.
Although rightly users will ask where their money is going and will expect a good service in return.
Some of the routes at threat serve areas like the Whitehawk Estate and the Bristol Estate, which represent some of Brighton and Hove’s most deprived areas.
