Suspected arson attack on recycling bin sets fire to fence
A SUSPECTED arson attack on a recycling bin spread to set alight fencing at the back of a pub.
Firefighters from Preston Circus Community Fire Station were called to Sussex Street in Brighton just before 5am this morning to reports of a blaze.
They arrived to find a recycling bin which had been torched in an alleyway near The Setting Sun pub.
The fire had spread and set alight nearby fencing.
The crew extinguished the fire in about 10 minutes and reported the matter to the police.
There were no reported injuries.
