English tenor Alfie Boe will not be rescheduling his Brighton Centre tour date after a cancelled show last year.
The Lancashire-born star had to cancel his December 9 show due to a throat infection but his management have announced they will not be able to reschedule.
People who bought tickets to the show last year are now entitled to full refunds.
A spokesman for the singer said: "On behalf of Alfie we appreciate the patience of all the disappointed Brighton ticket-holders whilst we worked on finding a re-scheduled date for this show.
"Despite all best efforts, unfortunately due to Alfie’s current plans for 2015 we are currently unable to reschedule the date and regrettably have to cancel.
"Many apologies to the Brighton ticket-holders who didn’t get the opportunity to see Alfie perform on the 2014 tour.
"Thank you for your understanding and for all the messages of support that have been received.
"Refunds may be obtained at point of purchase."
