AS tourists drive down our bypasses and A roads, I’m sure they must be disgusted at our third world roads with the piles of litter, the rubbish tips they’ve become.
I suppose the various councils are waiting till after the election to see if they can get free labour with workfare or the two million more zero hours contracts?
