Fire in bedroom leaves one person treated for smoke inhalation
Firefighters were called to a bedroom blaze last night.
The first floor of a house in Cliff Park Close, Peacehaven, was filled with smoke, leaving one person needing treatment for inhaling it.
Two fire crews from Brighton were called and tackled the blaze, which started at 6pm.
They spent 45 minutes on the scene, using breathing gear, hoses and foam to put it out.
The cause was accidental.
