If you thought humans were the only ones that boar the brunt of yesterday’s sun you would be wrong.
As the hottest day of the year seared Sussex yesterday, spare a thought for Porker at Drusillas Park, who can’t even apply his own oink-ment.
Section leader at the farm Sophie Leadbitter applied sun cream to the kunekune pig and said: “Just as our own skin needs to be protected, steps must be taken to ensure this little piggy does not burn.”
As a result of the high factor suntan lotion, he is now a pig-ture of health.
