Business leaders can get top tips on customer service by chucking ducks at a motivational speaker.
At a conference at the Thistle Hotel in Brighton, delegates will be able to throw rubber ducks at Liam O'Connell, a motivational speaker who uses ducks to symbolise everything undesirable in customer service.
Mr O'Connell said: "I am delighted to be hosting this year's conference. I think we have the opportunity to make a real difference to staff and organisations from all backgrounds."
The Chartered Institute of Housing Excellence Factor Conference will run on April 26 and 27, aimed at directors, managers and frontline staff who want to fine-tune their customer services skills.
Other speakers at the event include former fighter pilot and Red Arrows pilot Justin Hughes, who will focus on closing the gap between expectation and performance, and author Peter Cook, writer of the book Sex, Leadership And Rock 'n' Roll.
