Former boxer Chris Eubank will answer police bail today after being arrested last month while protesting against Prince Harry's deployment to Iraq.
Police detained the flamboyant retired sportsman on February 22 after he drove a huge black truck emblazoned with an anti-war slogan down Whitehall in central London.
The message read: "BLAIR: Don't send our young prince to your catastrophic illegal war to make it look plausible."
Scotland Yard said a man was arrested for allegedly breaching the peace, driving without due care and attention and for an unauthorised protest.
Eubank, 40, of Upper Drive, Hove, Sussex, was released on bail to report back to Charing Cross police station at 11am today.
A spokeswoman for the former boxer said he would make himself available for interview after answering bail.
Harry will become the first royal in 25 years to be deployed to a war zone when he heads to Basra, southern Iraq, with his regiment, the Blues and Royals, later this year.
