Complaint over feeding seagulls
A RESIDENT has reported their neighbour to the local authority for feeding seagulls.
The resident of Woodbourne Avenue, Brighton, made the complaint to Brighton and Hove City Council.
The resident used the fix my street website to register the complaint.
The website gives users an interactive map on which messages can be posted about problems with highways near to the user.
