AN autistic teen with a fascination for trains and buses has gone missing.

Police are becoming concerned for the safety and welfare of 14-year-old Reece Pateman.

He is described as 5ft 4in, of medium build, with ginger hair and blue eyes, has a fair complexion and was wearing his school uniform of black trousers, black sweatshirt, white polo shirt and black shoes.

Sergeant Kevin Petken said: “He has previously been found at railway stations in Sussex and as far afield as London and we are making enquiries with bus and rail companies and British Transport Police as part of our search.

“There is no evidence at this stage to suggest that any harm has befallen him but we are concerned for him.
