A woman has been left with serious injuries after being struck by a lorry in a hit-and-run crash.
The victim was taken to the Conquest Hospital in St Leonards following the crash in Ferry Road, Rye.
Police want to trace two witnesses who helped at the scene - an elderly man in a red invalid carriage and the driver of a red van with sign writing.
