Adur Ferry Bridge bus shuttle cancelled due to high winds
A TEMPORARY bus service over a bridge was cancelled due to high winds.
A shuttle bus service was arranged to transport people over the Adur Ferry Bridge while inspection and maintenance work is carried out.
But today it did not run due to high winds and the bridge was open to pedestrians as normal.
The closures are planned for weekdays in June between 9am and 5pm and resume tomorrow.
When the bridge is closed a free shuttle bus service operates every 15 minutes from both sides of the river.
