THREE talented schoolboys have bagged themselves dream roles in a West End musical.

Patrick Lee, 12, Harvey Pearce, 10, and Jonah Mitchell, 13, have all won dancing parts in Gypsy at the Savoy Theatre in London.

The trio are all pupils at the Brighton School of Theatre Excellence – a performing arts school that trains students in acting, singing and dancing.

They will appear as news boys in the children’s ensemble, dancing, singing and acting.

Chris Sheils, who runs the school, said: “We’re all very proud of them.

“We’ve been going for about a year so it’s nice now to see the boys’ hard work pay off.

“They auditioned at Chichester before winning parts in the West End and they’re all very pleased to have got the parts in Gypsy. It’s a fantastic show.”

The Jonathan Kent version of Gypsy opened to rave reviews earlier this month, and runs until November 28.
