SCHOOLCHILDREN enjoyed getting their hands on the dough in a cooking workshop.

Pupils at the Hertford Infant and Nursery School in Brighton were invited to take part in the pizza making workshop as part of a healthy living week organised by the school.

The workshop was part of a healthy living week hosted by the school, which encouraged pupils to take part in cooking activities to help them understand the importance of a healthy diet.

Karen Marchant, school cook, showed the children how to make pizzas using a mix of healthy ingredients before they were given a chance to make and eat their own.
