SEASONED cyclists and celebrities were together on a London to Brighton charity bike ride.
Sunday's LA Fitness Capital to Coast fundraiser included a gruelling course from the London Eye to Brighton seafront and a 40-mile loop that featured the Ouse Valley and the South Downs.
Organisers Norwood, a charity that supports children with learning disabilities, hope to have raised more than £250,000.
Broadcasters Vanessa Feltz and Jeff Brazier were among the cyclists and Chris Harding, 42, from Hove, completed the Brighton circular route starting from Hove Lawns, which was 60 miles.
He said: "It was a really nice day. We went under cliffs to Newhaven and out onto really nice country roads north of Lewes and back down to Hove.
"When I was at the bottom of Grand Avenue I could hear the guy on the tannoy speaking. My missus was next to him with Eve and I crossed the line with my hands in the air and a big smile. It was good fun."
