I would like to congratulate Vicki Davies on her letter about the tower block and the marina in general. It was a letter straight to the point and told it like it is.

Many of us went to the meetings at the town hall and came away disillusioned with the lack of unbiased community interest.

It seems affordable housing is a term used when it is obvious this will not work - that is, "affordable housing" where the land, building and council tax is most expensive.

How will key workers afford it?

Brighton and Hove City Council really should have a division that is for forward thinking, instead of just agreeing to an eyesore in the marina.
