- Main event starting gun fired by Zoe Ball at 9.15am
- The race starts at Preston Park, goes down to the seafront and back up to The Level, and then south again before heading our eastwards to beyond the Marina and turning back Westwards as far as Shoreham power station, and then finishing at Madeira Drive
