A STUDENT has been charged with an attack on a gay man which left him with a broken jaw.
A shocking image of victim Aaron Woods in his hospital bed was released following the attacked outside Legends nightclub in Marine Parade, Brighton at 5am on May 8th.
The 26-year-old postman from Eastbourne suffered the broken jaw after he was punched in the face.
Aaron's friend Katie, 21, also from Eastbourne, ran after his alleged attacker along with a doorman from Legends who managed to catch him until police arrived.
Sussex Police arrested a man in connection with the crime.
Now 21-year-old Arain Moradi, of Blenheim Crescent, London, has been charged with committing grievous bodily harm and using homophobic language before assaulting him.
Moradi is on conditional bail and due to appear before Brighton Magistrates' Court next month.
