Police are looking for a man who threatened a have-a-go hero with a knife.
The have-a-go hero had been passing by an argument between a man and a woman, when he intervened and was threatened with a knife by the male in Islingword Road, Brighton.
Police were called to the scene 2.20pm this afternoon, but the man had left. Officers searched the area but could not find him.
Sussex Police said no one was hurt and are asking witnesses to contact police by ringing 101 quoting serial 751 of 06/12 or by emailing 101@sussex.pnn.police.uk.
