A MAN is due in court after being charged with the stabbing of a teenager in a McDonald's restaurant.
Elson Brito, 19, unemployed, of Francis Street, Brighton, has been charged with wounding with intent and possessing a knife in a public place.
It follows an incident in McDonald's restaurant in London Road, Brighton, on Tuesday afternoon (January 17).
He will appear before Brighton magistrates on Thursday morning (January 19).
An 18-year-old man from Brighton was recovering from injuries to his abdomen and arm in the Royal Sussex County Hospital on Wednesday afternoon.
