Rotherham have been hit by injury problems ahead of their visit from Albion.

Right-back Stephen Kelly looks likely to miss out after limping out of the 2-0 home defeat by Aston Villa yesterday with Achilles trouble.

Striker Danny Ward took a whack to the head which forced him to miss the second half.

And wideman Jon Taylor left the action with stiffness in his back, athough he would appear to stand the best chance of featuring against the Seagulls.

Millers caretaker boss Paul Warne said: “I’ll be amazed if Kelly is fit because he felt his Achilles. That would be the best recovery I have ever seen.”

Striker Dexter Blackstock missed the Villa clash with a knee problem and is not expected to feature against the Seagulls.

But skipper Lee Frecklington could get his first start in two months.

The combative midfielder made his comeback after an ankle injury as a half-time substitute against Villa and showed no signs of rustiness.
