A WOMAN has sustained serious injuries after falling from her bicycle.
Police are appealing for witnesses to the incident on the A29 Bury Hill in which a cyclist travelling north fell from her white Trek bicycle and sustained serious injuries.
The accident occurred yesterday at 11am and led to the injured cyclist - a 42-year-old woman from Littlehampton - being taken to the Royal Sussex County Hospital, Brighton, where she is receiving treatment.
