Amanda Wadman is the head coach and manager of Stars Gym Club, which operates at venues across Sussex

What is your favourite place in Sussex?

My favourite place in Sussex is where I live, right by the South Downs way in Upper Beeding.

The river meeting the downs is spectacular and the sea.

What do you love most about living in Sussex?

I love the wildlife and the scenery, and the closeness to both Brighton and London.

What advice do you have for your 12-year-old self?

I would tell myself to trust God more.

What is your most valued possession?

My children.

What is your biggest regret?

Giving the wrong people a chance.

What is your biggest fear?

Becoming a victim to fear.

What is your proudest achievement?

My business.

It has grown from nine members in my children's school, to a gymnastics club in Sussex with over 1,000 members and 10 sites, which is about to franchise.

Along with a recruitment agency for coaches that boasts clients like the Royal Ballet, and prestigious private schools like Roedean.

Which five people (living or dead) would you invite to your fantasy dinner party?

Jesus Christ and all the apostles.

Stars Gym Club operate in many leisure centres across Sussex and the UK, with over 40 satellite and hub agency sites in London and the South East.

They aim to spot talented children and encourage them to practice gymnastics.
