THE West Pier Trust opened its new centre beneath the arches on Kings Road overlooking the pier and its Golden Spiral.
The event was attended by over 40 people including West Pier Trust chairman Michael Farthing and chief executive Rachel Clark.
The centre is a new attraction for tourists and a valuable resource for those living in Brighton and Hove.
The venue includes an information point, a shop, gallery and events venue.
The centre is part of a new community hub for everyone to enjoy with the 24 cast-iron West Pier Golden Spiral, the BAi360 West Pier tollbooths and the restoration of the West Pier octagonal kiosk.
Mr Farthing said: “We are absolutely thrilled to have opened the new centre. It will be a great experience for residents, families and tourists.”
