A COMPANY beat all major global competitors to be crowned the best chauffeur company in the UK.
The nationwide chauffeur business, Club Class Chauffeurs, with its HQ in Hailsham, was awarded the gold accolade of Chauffeur Company of the Year.
MD Jonathan Dow said: “We are absolutely delighted to be recognised as the UK’s best chauffeur provider.
“It really marks us out as being exceptional at what we do and is a proud moment of achievement for our entire team throughout the UK.”
Club Class Chauffeurs employs all its drivers, a model almost unheard of in the sector.
It is also an Investors In People, gold standard accredited business putting it in the top three percent of UK businesses for performance through its people.
It operates a Volvo fleet, identified as the safest private hire vehicle, that is upgrading regularly to ensure all its cars are six months or younger.
The firm specialises in long distance transfers, mostly to airports.
Its operational hubs are in Sussex, Heathrow, Cheltenham and Leicester.
