TWO vehicles were used in an attempted burglary at a supermarket.
The vehicles, described as a 4x4 Jeep or Land Rover and a Transit van, smashed into the front shutters on the Co-Op in Cricketers Parade, Broadwater, Worthing, at 4.30am.
At least two men, wearing gloves and balaclavas, tried to get into the building but were unable to do so.
They drove off towards Broadwater Green.
Nothing was reported stolen.
