TWO Romanian brothers are still being sought by police in connection with an attempted theft from a car two years ago.
Alexandru, 43, and Eugen Iordache, 33, both born in Bucharest, are wanted in connection with the incident that took place at the Sainsbury's store in The Drove, Newhaven, on July 31, 2016.
Sussex Police understand they are also wanted in connection with a similar offence in Taunton, Somerset.
The pair failed to answer bail and are since thought to have occupied addresses in South London.
There is also a possibility they were in Eire at the beginning of this year.
Anyone who may have seen either man or who has information regarding their whereabouts can contact police online or by calling 101, quoting serial 916 of 31/07/2016.
