This is the start of our new Guide section where ask you, our readers, to decide which establishments or shows are worth visiting.
With summer in full flow, and the weather matching accordingly, our first poll is to find the best country pub in Sussex.
Somewhere you can sit out with a pint, or a glass of wine if that is what you'd prefer, and have some good food, with good company.
Whether you like them for their scenic surroundings, their excellent edibles or their delicious drinks, we'd like to know which country pubs you like to frequent, and why others should follow suit.
Leave your comments below, or email our Guide reporter Jamie Walker on jamie.walker@theargus.co.uk.
Include the name of your chosen pub, its location and what makes it the perfect place to enjoy a bite to eat and a drink in the warm summer weather.
The selections will be published on Friday, August 3.
