CHRIS Ketley is celebrating 30 years working at accountancy practice Knill James.
Chris joined the company, situated in Bell Lane, Lewes, after leaving Brighton University as an articled clerk and rapidly progressed to become fully qualified in 1984.
He then took an opportunity to work abroad in business development in Papa New Guinea from 1985 for three years.
Chris was based there during a revolutionary period for the country with a boom occurring in industrial development.
He returned to the UK in 1987 as partner designate back at Knill James, moving to full partnership in 1988.
At his time of his return, the firm was evolving to reflect the advances in technologies with Chris leading the charge on the increase in computers available to staff.
Since this time, he has been part of the many changes and is now senior partner.
He said; āIām really proud to have played an instrumental part in the success of Knill James being able to position ourselves as a leading medium sized firm within the South East.ā
