Man killed and child seriously injured in crash with car
A MAN was killed when he was hit by a car in Crawley today.
A child riding a bike was also badly hurt in the crash at about 8.30am and is being treated in hospital.
It happened when a red Fiat 500 hit the pair at the Tushmore roundabout on Crawley Avenue.
The man died at the scene.
Sergeant Dan Eaton said: "This was a busy time of the morning and we are appealing to anyone who saw what happened to please get in touch. Anyone with information is asked to please contact us."
