A 63-year-old man will go on trial accused of indecently exposing himself in a shop and on a beach.
Richard Stofer, 63, is alleged to have breached an anti-social behaviour order by exposing himself at the Tesco store in Eastbourne in April.
He is also accused of breaching the order in August after he was allegedly sunbathing naked at Holywell beach in the town.
The Asbo, imposed in May 2005, banned him from stripping in public anywhere in Sussex.
At Lewes Crown Court Stofer, of Milton Road, Eastbourne, denied two offences of indecent exposure and two breaches of the Asbo.
He was bailed until his trial on January 28.
