A PREVIOUS story by The Argus incorrectly stated that Euan Strafford had been found guilty of speeding and driving without insurance.
Mr Strafford was accused of driving at more than 70mph on the dual carriageway near West Ashling, near Chichester, on February 23 last year.
The 23-year-old denied speeding and driving without insurance and was found not guilty at Horsham Magistrates Court.
He pleaded guilty to failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver / rider of a vehicle when required in Shoreham on May 20 last year.
Mr Strafford was fined and given six points on his licence for this offence only.
He was ordered to pay a total of £491.
Strafford, of East End Lane, Ditchling, was fined £369.
The 23-year-old will also have to pay £122 costs.
He was found not guilty of speeding and driving without insurance, contrary to the previous article.
