Every day, while queuing patiently to join the A23 from the A27 by-pass from the Dyke Road roundabout, a succession of drivers overtake and insist on joining the queue at the very front, becoming abusive in many cases if they are not immediately allowed in.
I wonder what their reaction would be if I insisted in taking their place at the head of a supermarket checkout?
Where has the politeness that we as a nation were so admired for disappeared to?
