A SHABBY beach hut has been snapped up for £30,000.

The rusty looking hut is on Goring seafront.

An advert on estate agents Michael Jones and Company gives a guide price of £30,000 and there is a "sold" sign on the hut.

According to the advert on Michael Jones, the beach hut is within a short walk of Goring Greensward and promenade and offers “panoramic” views of the sea.

Pictures of the hut's exterior show rust and chipped paint thought the interior looks clean and well kept.

The description reads: “Externally there is a patio area leading to the double doors opening to the hut providing storage for tables, chairs, parasols, plates, cups, outdoor games and a variety of many other items along with panoramic coastal views.

“The beach hut is located directly on Goring seafront being opposite with unrestricted on street parking and toilets within a short walk with the Greensward and promenade where you can enjoy pleasant walks to the west towards Ferring and the very popular Sea Lane Cafe and east towards Worthing’s main town centre.
