With regard to Southern Water and its sewerage work at Shoreham harbour (The Argus, May 5), it gave me nightmares on realising how long it has taken them. And there is still no date of completion.
Can you imagine what it will be like when work starts on the proposed sewerage works from Ovingdean right through to Peacehaven?
The coast road is mostly not good and often has traffic jams. If they can't do a relatively small job in comparison to what is being considered, we haven't a hope.
