A BROKEN down van on the A27 just outside the city is causing huge delays.
The van broke down around 8am this morning near the slip road leading onto the A27 westbound from Hollingbury.
There is heavy traffic for around two miles just past the A23 due to the break down.
It is taking just over ten minutes to get through currently.
Sussex Police have been approached for comment about vehicle recovery.
