Diners can expect “great food but awful service” at a viral diner set to open its doors in Brighton.

After gaining fame on social media with its unique approach to customer service, Karen’s Diner is visiting Brighton to deliver “the worst service in Europe”.

The diner will pop-up at Revolution, on West Street, where guests can experience the customer service – or lack thereof – themselves.

Ryan Blackburn, managing director of Karen’s On Tour, said: “Once you’re in a Karen’s, you’ll not be thinking about strikes, Brexit or electricity costs, you’ll just be wanting to survive.

“Customers need to expect plenty of sass, great food, and a sprinkle of bad attitude."

Karen's Diner will be coming to the city as part of a tour of the United Kingdom.

Ryan said he chose the coastal city because “The people of Brighton love everything Karen’s, so the people asked, and we delivered.

“Don't expect special treatment as it’s all about Karen," he said. "She won't be taking any nonsense!

"All will be able to have fun and wind the staff up to unleash their inner Karen."

The expletive eatery launched in Sydney, Australia in 2021, and has amassed over 1.8 billion TikTok views, and millions more views on videos of its staff in action.

Diners have since opened up across the UK in Sheffield, Manchester, Birmingham and Newport.

People named Karen can get free drinks in Brighton on Sunday, March 19.

Vegetarians, vegans, non-alcoholics and people who like to complain about their meal will all be catered for, however guests shouldn’t “expect Karen to be happy about it.”
