To mark the second Lionesses match of the women’s World Cup, some lucky pubgoers can get their hands on an England shirt.
On Friday, July 28, the first fans who purchase a breakfast at The Station pub in Goldstone Villas, Hove will receive a free shirt worth £80.
The pub will be screening the England vs Denmark game, which kicks off at 9.30am tomorrow.
Research by Greene King, the company which runs the Station, has revealed that 58 per cent of Brits has started following a women’s sport team since last year’s Euros victory.
In spite of this, a third say they have never been to the pub to watch a women’s game.

“Our pubs have such an important role to play in major football tournaments. They provide a space for fans to show their support and come together as a community,” said Andrew Gallagher, marketing director for Greene King pubs.
“It doesn’t matter if you’re wearing England colours from head to toe, or if you’re just looking to back the Lionesses with your friends while you watch the match – our pubs are inclusive spaces for everyone during the upcoming tournament.”
The terms and conditions for the free shirt are one per customer when purchasing a breakfast, available while stocks last.
