A road has been closed after emergency services were called to reports of a person on the roof of a building.
Sections of Green Street in Eastbourne are currently shut off as police and fire services are in attendance.
Efforts appear to be centred on a building at the corner of Chamberlain Road.
A witness told The Argus that a person may be on the roof of the building.
Sussex Police and East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service have been approached for comment.
