You can apply to take part in a popular BBC1 show.

Sussex families are needed to star in "Sort Your Life Out", which is presented by Loose Woman Stacey Solomon.

The show follows families as they are helped by Stacey and her team to declutter their house over seven days.

This involves their entire house being emptied and taken to a warehouse where their belongings are organised into keep, throw and donate piles.

The aim is for people's homes to then be decluttered so they can organise their lives better.

Stacey is joined by colleagues Dilly Carter, Robert Bent and Iwan Carrington in the show.

For the next series, producers are looking for families or shared households from across Sussex to take part.

They want to speak to "people from all walks of life, with varying backgrounds and experiences" who "may need a helping hand decluttering and organising their home".
