Several pets in Sussex are looking for their forever homes, including at the Sussex North & Brighton branch of the RSPCA.

Whether you want to adopt a dog, cat, rabbit or guinea pig, there is plenty of choice.

A few animals from the branch are listed below but more can be found on the centre's website.

To help the Sussex North & Brighton branch carry on their work you can donate to them at the website here.,

Celia

Gender - Female

Age - Nine years old

Breed - Staffordshire Bull Terrier crossbreed

Colour - Brindle and White

If you want to adopt Celia you can view their full profile here.

Celia came into the care of the RSPCA at the end of January after her owner was taken into hospital and sadly passed away.

She is described as a "sweet girl" who should be housetrained, knows how to sit and walks well on a lead.

Celia would do best to go into a calm home environment as she's still adjusting to new situations.

Geri

The Argus: GeriGeri (Image: RSPCA)

Gender - Female

Age - 12 years old

Breed - Domestic Shorthair crossbreed

Colour - Ginger and White

If you want to adopt Geri you can view their full profile here.

Geri is described as a vocal cat who has a "sweet temperament" and loves a bit of fuss and attention.

She is looking for a calm quiet home where she can relax and get all the attention she wants.

The RSPCA adds: "Geri will not be able to live with children in her next home, nor any other cats or dogs. Ideally she would have a secure garden she could access."

Kyle

The Argus: KyleKyle (Image: RSPCA)

Gender - Male

Age - One year old

Breed - Domestic Shorthair crossbreed

Colour - Black

If you want to adopt Kyle you can view their full profile here.

Kyle recently came to the RSPCA via networking and is unfortunately finding the cattery space a little stressful.

The RSPCA says: "We think that when he gets in a home and can fully relax and finally feel secure, this won’t be an issue."

He would need a secure garden he can access via cat flap and his own private room/space initially to help him settle in.

Kyle would not be able to live with young children in his next home or with another cat or dog.

Gender - Not stated on the profile

Age - Two years old

Breed - Crossbreed/Unknown

Colour - Brown and Tan

If you want to adopt Penny and Rascal you can view their full profile here.

Penny and Rascal came into the care of the RSPCA towards the end of January after their owner was taken into hospital.

Although they have been loved and looked after in their previous home they have not experienced much of the outside world and had not been walked on a lead.

Everything is new to them at the moment and their new owner will need to commit time to their training.

Penny and Rascal are very bonded to each other and will need to find a new home where they can stay together.
