A school in Worthing has won a national award thanks to their canteen caterers.
Our Lady of Sion school, in Gratwicke Road, won the ProVeg School Plates Awards for their "climate-friendly menu" designed by contract caterers Plant Based School Kitchens.
The menu, which does not contain any of the 14 main allergens, includes sweet potato dishes and chickpea curries.
The aim of the menu is to significantly combat food emissions and to use inventive plant-based recipes.
